GW Architectural were comissioned by the client to deliver a new state of the art office facility. This was achieved through the renovation and restoration of the existing derelict Cargo Fleet Lane Ironworks Building.
This award nominated building has been custom designed to each individual tenant’s specification and as such is now home to a number of different tenants including, a bistro, art gallery and state of the art conferencing facilities.
