GW Architectural have been commissioned for several projects over the last 5 years, including various office suite fit outs, the installation of a new cafeteria and a proposed top floor extension to create two additional floors of flexible office space. The development is located in a conservation area.
The Main focus of this project was to add further floors to the already existing 5 at Bank Quay House. Large windows allow for natural light as well as adding balcony areas for external break out areas.
